What Data We Collect

CalcIt is designed to be privacy-first. All calculations run entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript. No calculation inputs, results, or personal data are sent to or stored on our servers.

We do not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information to use our calculators.

Analytics

We use Tianji, a privacy-focused analytics platform, to understand how visitors use our site. Tianji:

• Does not use cookies
• Does not collect personal data
• Does not track individual users across sessions
• Collects only aggregate, anonymised metrics such as page views, referral sources, and browser type

No personally identifiable information is collected through our analytics.

Cookies

CalcIt does not set any first-party cookies. Our analytics solution (Tianji) is cookie-free. If you arrive via a third-party link, that referring site may set its own cookies, but CalcIt does not control or have access to those.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Fonts -- to load the typefaces used on this site. Google may collect your IP address when fonts are requested. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
• Tianji Analytics -- privacy-focused, cookie-free website analytics as described above.

Data Storage

We do not store any user data on our servers. Your calculator inputs remain in your browser and are never transmitted. We do not operate databases that hold personal information.

Since we do not collect or store personal data, there is typically no data to access, correct, or delete. However, under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to:

Children's Privacy

CalcIt is a general-purpose financial calculator site. We do not knowingly collect any data from children or adults. No account creation or data submission is required.
